Karaoke Name Terms of Use

1. Eligibility

You must be at least 13 years old to use Karaoke Name. By signing up, you confirm that the information you provide is accurate, complete, and up-to-date. If you are under 16, we recommend seeking permission from a parent or guardian before using the app.

2. Account & Access

You are responsible for keeping your login details secure and confidential. We are not liable for any unauthorised use of your account due to your failure to secure your login details. You must immediately notify us if you suspect or become aware of any breach of your account security or unauthorised access.

3. Song Requests & Gigs

Karaoke Name allows you to discover karaoke gigs, request songs, and interact with hosts (KJs) at participating venues. Song requests are managed at the discretion of each host and subject to their own terms and conditions.

Your song history and gig participation are securely stored in the cloud. Lost or invalidated data due to misuse, technical issues, or violation of these terms may not be recoverable.

4. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

• Use the app for unlawful or harmful purposes
• Upload or distribute content that is offensive, abusive, or misleading
• Reverse-engineer, hack, or interfere with the app's functionality
• Impersonate any person or misrepresent your identity

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your access if you breach these terms.

5. User-Generated Content

You may submit reviews or other content. By posting, you:

• Grant us a non-exclusive, royalty-free license to use, display, and distribute your content
• Confirm your content does not infringe on any third-party rights
• Acknowledge that reviews are moderated and may be edited or removed at our discretion

6. Intellectual Property

All content and software on Karaoke Name, including logos, trademarks, trade names, graphics, and the app itself, are owned by Karaoke Name or our licensors. You may not copy, distribute, adapt, or otherwise use any part of our content without our explicit written permission.

7. Payments & Subscriptions

Using the app as a singer is free of charge. Hosts using the platform may pay a subscription, but singers are not billed for using the basic features.

8. Disclaimers & Limitation of Liability

We provide Karaoke Name on an "as is" and "as available" basis. Although we strive for accuracy and uptime, we cannot guarantee uninterrupted, timely, secure, or error-free access at all times.

We are not responsible for:

• The quality, availability, or reliability of services or products provided by participating venues or hosts
• Losses resulting from technical errors, inaccuracies, or omissions in song request records
• Indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or exemplary damages arising from your use or inability to use the service

Nothing in these terms excludes or limits liability for death, personal injury, fraud, or any other liability that cannot lawfully be excluded or limited.

9. Termination

We may suspend or terminate your access to Karaoke Name at any time for misuse, breach of terms, or legal reasons. You may delete your account at any time via the app or by contacting us.

10. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms of Use from time to time. If significant changes are made, we will notify users through the app or by email. Continued use after changes indicates acceptance of the new terms.

11. Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales. Any disputes shall be handled in UK courts.
