We are Karaoke Name, a digital platform for karaoke singers, hosts, and venues, operated by Karaoke Name and registered with the Information Commissioner's Office (ICO) as the data controller.

• Singers: Name, email, device and usage data, optional location, song history, setlist preferences, messaging content, and communication preferences (including marketing opt-in where offered).
• Hosts: Business and contact details, profile information, payment and subscription data (via Stripe), gig and queue data, messaging content, and user-generated content such as images or screensavers.
• Venues: Venue name, address, contact details, profile information, messaging content, and related user-generated content.
• All users: Account identifiers, authentication data, support communications, and technical logs needed to operate and secure the Service.

How We Use Your Information

• Providing and improving our services.
• Managing song requests, gigs, queues, and messaging.
• Processing host and Singer Pro subscriptions (Stripe).
• Sending transactional emails, service notifications, and push notifications.
• Sending marketing communications where you have opted in.

How We Share Your Information
